Beyond Meals prepares nutritious, affordable frozen meals made with care in our community kitchen. Our meals are designed to support individuals and families looking for convenient, balanced options, including older adults, individuals living with reduced mobility or disabilities, caregivers, and community members experiencing food insecurity. Meals are available for individual purchase, as well as through partner organizations and community programs.
How to order
Orders can be made by phone (514-636-1081) during our working hours, or by emailing your order to commandes@audeladesrepas.org.
Our delicious selection of frozen soups, meals, and desserts offers something for every taste. From comforting classics to chef-inspired specialties, each dish is prepared with care using nutritious ingredients and frozen at peak freshness for your convenience.
Customer favourites include our hearty vegetarian and meat lasagnas, while our salmon and vegetable entrée provides a lighter, wholesome option. Looking for something a little different? Our tropical white fish is a flavourful and creative choice. Start your meal with a comforting bowl of chicken noodle soup, and finish with one of our homemade desserts, such as our popular lemon squares.
Our menu is updated approximately every six months to reflect seasonal offerings and new creations. Be sure to download our most recent menu to discover what is currently available.
Important note: Orders will be confirmed for pick up by our reception team. Orders larger than 15 meals may take up to 10 business days to process. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please communicate directly with reception.
